I've stayed in many hotels in Vidin, but this is by far the best, the conditions are well above three stars. Everything in the big room was new, modern, bed extremely comfortable. Full minibar for a fee and tea and ness caffe on the house. Even the soap was organic. Breakfast good, a la carte, staff extremely friendly. Food in restaurant is sophisticated but reasonably priced, service very good. The internet connection was fine. The receptionist spoke good English.

The staff is amazingly helpful and polite. The location is ideal as a base for exploring the Iron Gates of the Danube. The beach is right outside. Also, this is one of the very few hostels that are genuinely pet friendly (meaning, in shared room).

The property is very clean and elegant. The location is exceptional and they provide boat tours, so you don’t have to go to Orsova. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Florin who continously attended to our needs during the. The food is very tasty, they make an amazing homemade bread and nothing is overpriced. Highly recommend place!!
