Located in Lahore, 15 km (27 Mins) from the airport, the Luxus Grand Hotel features free WiFi access, free private parking. the whole experience at this hotel was fabulous. from the time we arrived until we left we were made to feel like guests, not like other hotels who seem to lose enthusiam on the last day. ALL OF THE STAFF were super helpful and enthusiatic from the cleaners, reception, restaurant, foyer etc. all of them knew their job and were very helpful and answered our questions or requests. Breakfast buffet has all you could want if you are westerner - fruits, porridge, lassi, tea / coffee, eggs as you like, bread/toast, too many cakes, and local dishes and breads if you wish (not too spicy !!!). The hotel is set back from the road - so it is a little quieter. Walking is not so easy around Lahore - but the Hotel is not far from the Museum and Anakarli Bazaar; and short tuktuk ride from the Walled City; fort etc. The company has a couple of other Hotels in northern Pakistan that i will defintely be staying at next visit.

Also my flight came in late and they were very happy to accommodate my super late check in which I appreciated! On arriving my original room wasn’t ready so the staff very kindly upgraded me for the whole stay for free! In addition my various requests were accommodated in a prompt fashion with a request for extra water and holding onto my luggage after check out. Breakfast was also solid with a good selection of food and friendly and helpful service.

I have stayed at different hotels during my frequent trips to Pakistan but you guys have exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, cleanliness, and international standards. Immediate access to the property from the airport was a big relief. Grocery store, shopping center, and an ATM on spot. My current stay was short as I had to travel to Islamabad but I'd like to request a reservation before I fly back.

My second time staying here and everything was just as excellent as the previous time. The gym was small but clean with readily available cold water bottles. The pool looked nice but I didn't have time to use it. Location as usual was very convenient. The staff were amazing and used to call my room on most evenings and check if everything was okay

Beautifully renovated hotel, which was visited by many celebrities in the past. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast is served in the form of a bufe and I do not think there was a single miss with any of the dishes presented. And to top it all, the quiet room we got was indeed quiet.
