We’ve also ordered dinner one night and it was wonderful. Best meal we had at Port Barton. The staff couldn’t be nicer and they help you with transportation and tour hiring at not extra charge. There cats and dogs that are well take care for. I Couldn’t recommend this place enough. We spend 5 days at Parrots and are sad to leave this beautiful oasis.

The breakfast was really well prepared..much better than other breakfast included. The staff was awsome and in our first hour we found a tricycle driver that was more than helpful in showing us everything that Puerto Princesa had to offer.That then became our main mode of transportation,,the experience of seeing through a local was fantastic,and he also bragged about the hotel to us..Our only regret was not scheduling more time to visit the area,,,meaning we will be returning..Look for tricycle driver Ryan Rosales...highly recomended......

Big thank you to the staff ! Unfortunately I twisted my anckel my first minute in the city and the owner of the hotel helped me a lot for find me food because I was not able to walk . Even he booked for me a bus for going to the hospital in puerto princesa , and the staff helped me in the morning for my luggage and everything. The bed was comfy and really good location

My friend's and my luggage had not arrived in Puerto Princesa due to some airline fault. The staff was super helpful and we got it back the next day (with some hussle but they really assisted us beyond any help you would expect from a hotel). We also booked a tour to the underground river. Was super easy to book.

Fantastic place in an excellent location!Robert and his wife are super nice and they have good food and it is a nice atmosphere in the hotel.You can also rent a motorbike at the hotel and explore the area yourself,and see all the nice beaches in the area or go into Puerto Princesa for a trip whenever you want.
The room was reasonably sized and that was about it. The hotel location is next to the market and if you're game to buy anything in the market, then the location is a bonus. We had to leave for the Puerto Princesa Underground rvier at 6:30am and the hotel organised packed breakfast to take-out.

I only really booked a hotel in Puerto Princesa because I was arriving late and did not want to drive straight to El Nido after the flight. I just wanted a place to crash for the night so I didn't really care where I stayed.

The view from the hotel room is amazing, exactly like the pictures. The staff were really helpful and were very prompt in guest requests. It has a good value for money considering the premium views of Puerto Princesa Bay.
Used this hotel due to close proximity to Puerto Princesa airport. Only complaint was how it was quite nosey at night, our room looked out onto the road. Rooms were standard and staff were friendly.
Fast communication with the hotel staff, airport pick up went smoothly. Puerto Princesa is a transit city when going to Balabac or other destinations and Fersal Hotel is definitely recommended.
