Room 8215, excellent. Excellent room size, spacious. great bathroom size. Great view, may consider second floor for a better view of the river. Good location, well sited within easy walking distance for dining out. Parking was easy and convenient, The balcony for this room was quite large and would have easily sat up to six at the table.

White Heron Motor Lodge is just 2 minutes' drive from the centre of Gisborne and 7 minutes' drive from the beach and the airport. Room was clean, bed comfy, shower and spa very nice. And the lady at reception was very friendly. This is how all accommodations should be.

A recently renovated apartment situated in Gisborne, Esplanade Townhouse features a garden. The air-conditioned accommodation is 1.3 km from Waikanae Beach. Loved our stay! Very clean and was very accomadating🙂 spacious with the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on! We traveled with our 8 month old puppy ( pet friendly accomadation) 🙂 thankful and greatfull. Beautiful townhouse! We will definitely be back to stay.

I work for Fire and Emergency so I have stayed in many hotels across NZ and even though I live in Gisborne, I dont mind staying a couple of nights a year in the best hotel in NZ in my opinion. Clean, tidy, friendly hosts, comfortable big bed, and most importantly the spa pool 👍 will definitely continue to book at least a couple of nights a year to treat my wife and I to a night out. The rooms were really spacious, large living room, full kitchen. They even provided washing machine and dryer in every room. Really comfortable! A very good place to stay! Highly recommended if you are visiting Gisborne!

Had a great stay. We were upgraded to a bedroom suite and the king bed was sooo comfy as were the twin beds in the bedroom. The bathroom was roomy and room was large with a table, chairs and sofa. The hot tub and pool were clean. We would have like to stay longer in the morning but had to drive to our tour. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
Exceptionally kept property with beautiful gardens and possibly the cleanest Motel room I've ever stayed in. Newish Bathroom. Old retro pots and kitchen but all spotless and functional. 10/10 Would stay again.
