Lunheim in Geiranger is quietly located on a farm in Geiranger. It offers panoramic views of the Geiranger Fjord and guest rooms with a seating area and private bathroom. There is free WiFi access. Everything was outstanding. The view out of the kitchen windows and the lanai is unbelievable, the whole fjord! The property was fully stocked in kitchen and bathroom, lots of kitchen supplies were available for a long and comfortable stay. The host even provided the grill to enjoy the meal and the view outside. The host also provided several updates before our arrival regarding the road conditions (open/closed) as well as the ferry scheduling, very convenient and helpful! Hope to come back soon!

Amazing view of Geiranger fjord. We hired a motorboat at reception for 2 hours which was perfect to tour the fjord. The staff on site were amazing. This was the best customer service we had in Norway. September was a great month to visit. It rained one day which made the waterfalls more impressive. The next morning, we woke up to blue sky and snow on the top of the mountains. The cabin was absolutely spotless and the bathroom beautiful, equipped with a rain shower.
The location is just superb…..right at the edge of Geiranger fjord……the view from the hotel was splendid…..it is by far the best located hotel in the region. The hotel staff were prompt to accommodate us to a room facing the fjord and the sight from there was one to behold….never have I seen such gorgeous views from so up close. The rooms are clean and spacious. The breakfast is good…..particularly loved the olive paste they served.

Amazing place! The house is beautiful (you have everything you need) and the view from the house is absolutely breathtaking. Recommend 10/10. No other hotel compares to it - best place to stay if you're visiting the Geiranger fjords.
Excellent location with view of Geiranger Fjord. Walking distance to Queens Chair and Flydalsjuvet view point. Good breakfast. Quiet rooms, very comfortable bed and bedding. Sufficient parking at hotel.

The location is great, of course, and Arnfin, the host, was super friendly and a wealth of information ... but there was that extra special touch on everything that made our stay absolutely wonderful.

We had a great stay at Solhaug Fjordcamping. The place is a 5 minute ride from the center at Geiranger, so it is very quiet. From our balcony we had a beautiful view over the Fjord. The Camp is very clean and the cabins are cozy and nicely decorated We did the famouse walk from Skageflå back to the camping which was beautiful and had stunning views, definitely recommend doing that.
