The hotel has a great location just outside the colonial old town - yet easy to get into the old town. The Zocalo was only a 15 minute walk away. Finally, the art work throughout the hotel was simply stunning.

By far it was the best place in central Mexico, staff was so nice and Always tried to help me in some questions i had about the city, we Did the Hiking tour to Malinche and was great, i had never been in mountains before but i really enjoyed it, it is a must if you come to Puebla.

Very nice rooms for an super decent prise. The breakfast at the restaurant was not included, bu it wasn't expensive and it was very good. Recommend it to anyone travelling on a budget. Taxi to the city center is like 40 pesos.
The service was amazing with all it's accomodations and amenities available. It close to great many food and tourist locations nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable for myself and the family I was with.

VERY central location, about 8-minutes walking to the Zócalo and the Cathedral. Convenience stores within 1-1.5 blocks. Easy access to mass transit. Staff was very helpful in getting a taxi to the Central Bus station for my departure.

I loved the hotel room with Queen size bed and clean facilities. The cost of the room was affordable and for me a great price. The hotel staff were very friendly, and helpful and spoke a little English which helped at times. I will definitely be returning!
