We really enjoyed our stay at Arena del Pacifico. The location of the hotel was perfect. From our small balcony we overlooked the pool and onto small hills. Our room was located at the back of the hotel and as a result was very quiet. The room was functional with hot water and air conditioning. Everything was kept very clean. The included breakfast was fantastic. All of the staff were friendly, helpful and really enhanced our experience. Thank you for making our stay in Huatulco so enjoyable! We highly recommend your hotel.

I spent 8 nights in Huatulco and this property was exactly what I needed. A nicely equipped 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. The location is quiet and very safe and only a 25 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to Soriana with plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby. The WIFI is great and I was able to do all my work, attend zoom meetings and stream my Sunday NFL football. The hosts are friendly and responsive with more than enough english that combined with my limited spanish made it easy to communicate.

Great location although the beach is a "red flag" beach due to currents, the only beach with a life guard. Clean beach. The variety of restaurants is impressive. The fresh made pasts dishes were amazing. An independent taxi driver told us the Quinta Bella had the best restaurants in Huatulco. However they are a grade below good restaurants in the major cities. All the staff were wonderful and helpful EXCEPT the front desk (see below).

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, breezy and well equipped, and has incredible views. The staff were very helpful. The cleaning staff made amazing little animal shapes out of the towels, which the kids loved. The pool is very nice. It was easy to park just outside and the reception helped us to book taxis whenever needed. At night, Carlos was there to open the door. The Bays of Huatulco are amazing and really worth visiting.

We had low expectations and high hopes. Princess Mayev didn't disappoint. After a string of terrible hotel experiences in Huatulco, we were pleased to be treated well and to stay at a nice hotel. The restaurant has a great view and the food is great. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was also nice that everything worked. In other hotels in the area, it's common for stuff to be broken (A/C, phone, lights, WiFi, etc).

A very basic no frills basic hotel with clean beds, a small clean modern bathroom, and not much else. But it is immaculately clean, and the staff is very kind and helpful. The location one small block from the lively city center makes it a truly excellent value for the very reasonable price. (Note: you'll need a taxi to any beach, 35-70 pesos. Huatulco is a very spread-out city.)

The pool is excellent. It's the saving grace of the place. Some of the staff are friendlier than others. They let me store my luggage until late at night. The beach is not so far away, and there is a beach club at the beach where you can pay to use the beach lounge chairs which was nice. (Not part of the hotel but if you're staying in huatulco it's nice to know)

Had an amazing time at Casa Xtao. The hotel itself is excellent with brand new facilities, and the staff were incredible! I want to say a special thank you to Ray, Felipe and Gris for putting so much effort in to making us feel so welcomed. Huatulco is a very nice place and we will certainly be returning to Casa Xtao. The staff were great...friendly and very helpful. We only ate breakfast twice but it was pretty good, not great but a lot of variety. The Hotel is located not far from the Santa Cruz Beach and near a lot of shops and restaurants. Playa Maguey and many of the other famous bays of Huatulco are not far away., as well as Huatulco National Park.

We came to Huatulco to scuba dive, the location was perfect for the dive Center. Easy enough to walk into Crucecita for dinner. we did not eat at the restaurant. we prefer street vendors. beds were comfortable and the shower pressure was amazing. After a week in Mexico with no hot water, this was a treat. Staff was incredibly friendly.

Rooms was ok, photos are misleading tho. Beds are quite nice and comfy. Location was nice, 7min walk to the beach and beach restaurants and stores, and kind of the middle of Huatulco, so easy to move around in car. One lady, I think was Fabiola was the only person in the hotel's staff that was quite lovely and attentive.

Everything was pretty much on point. There was A/C and the hotel is literally in the center of Huatulco's main square, so you can go grab some food and go back to your room in less than 5 minutes. The staff was nice and they supplied us with all the usual stuff - shampoo, soap, etc.

I didn't expect that much from a hostel we just needed something basic to stay and booked a private room. All we need is a clean bed, bedroom and bathroom, and a good wifi. Easy access to many other businesses. A good pressure of shower which is usually a bit problem in Huatulco.

What’s not to like about it other than the price, but then all the budget hotels on Huatulco are overpriced. It is basic, clean, the bed was comfortable, shower was great. There’s a wonderful restaurant across the street for breakfast. The location is outstanding.

After visiting the area few times I'm pretty confident this is the best property in Huatulco - the hotel is beautiful and the facilities are excellent, all the way from the top with the beautiful balcony overlooking the bay, to the palapas on the beach.

We had a room with two very comfortable queen sized beds. The breakfast was plentiful each morning and great service. The pool was great for cooling off on returning to the hotel each day from our visits around Huatulco. The off-road parking was convenient

It was a nice hotel, conveniently located in Huatulco, internet worked well (in the wi-fi zone) sucked in the room, staff was friendly and helpful. There is a lovely park next to the hotel. Dog friendly.

Pool. All the service staff, especially Tomaso :-) The maids did an exceptional job. Alex was the bright spot of the hotel. He showed us the real Huatulco. I'll forever be grateful to him.

Huatulco area lovely with great beaches - very hot and humid. Apartment somewhat remote without car. On site host was very helpful. Pools very nice . Security good

The location of this hotel is the best in Huatulco for beach goers. The hotel is on a cove by itself, providing an almost private beach experience.
