Everything was perfect! Nice and communicative host, easy check in/out, very clean and safe place to stay in and at a nice location! we didn't have to use transport to go to almost all places around Riga, 5mins to old city, to supermarket, trainstation, bus and tram and even close to central market. The apartment fits 2 people, the kitchen has everything you need to eat or even to cook. There is a washing machine in bathroom. The host was too nice to provide shampoo, shower gel, extra toliet paper, towels and washing powder.

I liked the fact that the hotel is well located between the old town, national opera, freedom monument and the train station. Bus 22 (from Riga airport to Riga city center) stops near the hotel, so no need to take a taxi to reach the hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good and the highlight of the breakfast is the coffee. Staying at the Avalon Hotel means that all the tourist attractions (Central Market, Old Town, House of the black heads, National Opera, Freedom Monument) are on walking distance

Nicely situated at the heart of Riga Old Town. Many cafes and restaurants on the same and nearby roads. Places for breakfast, food and night drinks are literally just across the street. You can get there by car only to unload the luggage but better get to St. Peter Cathedral and then carry them for 2 minutes. There is an elevator. We got a room on the fifth floor, it was luminous, but with the window shades you could make it dark if you like ( at June the Sunrise is at 04.30 in Riga ), Our apartment was clean and spacious.

The apartment is incredible! The owner is amazing - we had a request that required them to volunteer their own time, but they did it for us and we could not be gratefull enough🩷 I really recommend this place to everyone who wants a comfortable stay. If we need accommodation in Riga again - we will be back! The place is extremely clean and has everything you could ever think of.

The location is excellent, in my opinion there are no residential buildings more close the sightseeings)))) 3-4 minutes and you are already at Riga Town Hall Square. The apartment has all the amenities. You enter in and feel like you're at home. Key pick up, check in and check out is very convenient and quick if you follow the steps provided by the host in advance.

Hotel located in greate location to explore Riga city. Public transport connection across the street from the hotel. You can reach old city center within walking distance (~15-20 min). Breakfast with wide food sortiment. Green area (beautiful park across the street). Did not experience any problems with disturbing noice level - it was silent during day and night.

The location of this hotel is great, close to City Centre, buses and trains. We arrived earlier than standard check-in hours and could leave our luggage in the storage. Also, Inga from the reception desk helped to arrange the room earlier than 3pm. She was very helpful and kind. I recommend Wellton Riga Hotel & SPA to everyone.

If you want to live in the old town of Riga, not too far away for the train station it's perfect. 10 min walk and you're there. The location is full of local pubs and activities. Also it's near main sight seeing sites. The apartment itself is perfect - very spacious and cozy at the same time. Has everything you need.

The apartment was extremely spacious and very well stocked. It had everything I could have wanted during my 4 night stay in Riga e.g. bowls, cutlery, coffee, tea, salt, washing machine tablet, shower gel etc. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom and even more in the closet! The shower was easy to use and lots of hot water.

From arrival to the end, it was marvellous. We spent six nights here and could not fault the Hotel. The staff are lovely, room was quiet and comfortable, breakfast was extensive. Nicely furnished building. Excellent value. Well located for our favourite market, the old town and Central Riga. So a big thank you to the Metropole.

Nice view from my windows. Really happy about the location because near this hotel fun happens (Old Riga). Good staff. Liked the girl when checked in and out. Bed was comfortable and I was sleeping very well even when people were partying near the hotel. Good breakfast, with variety of food. Very good place for this price.

The building and room both were very private, clean and functional. Location is about 6-7 km from city center, it is not easy to get to the center with Riga's heavy traffic. Price/value balance of the hostel was very good. My room was little small, especially shower corner but for that good price it's not big deal.

Renovated large apartment, with fully equipped kitchen, dining room, sofa bed, comfortable loft with 2 double beds, in the historical center of beautiful Riga. The apartment is located in a square with nice cafes and restaurants, opposite the historic and beautiful building of the war museum. Great stay!

Common areas were beautiful and staff were nice. Also kids got their own package (with free welcome drinks and with stickers etc things to do), very nice surprise! The bed was ok and very big and room overall quiet. Hotel is located beautifully next to the river with the views to Riga old town.

Nice and clean room for an OK price. I visited for the Riga Marathon and it was walking distance to most places I needed to attend to on the day and the day leading up to the event. Very friendly staff in the reception. There are places for shopping and a pharmacy nearby the hotel.

The location is perfect for exploring the city of Riga. The bus and tram stop is very close and there is a nice shop nearby. As other reviewers have said, the front of the building is from the 1960s, but inside the apartment is very modern and cozy. I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is located at a great location regardless of whether you are visiting Riga or just staying overnight and need to get to the airport in the morning. An added bonus was that you could park on the street and that didn't cost anything extra.

I had an amazing time at Sherlock Apartments. The location is perfect and the host reply very fast and was very helpful. The apt is huge and very clean! You can just walk downstairs and you are in old town in Riga, close to great restaurants and bars.

Location was perfect to visit Riga by foot. Apartment was great to us, 2 adults and 3 children - bathtub was +10 to kids! We got early check in ++10 and we got help and answers quickly from landlord. Thank you for making our holiday perfect<3

Perfect stay in Riga ! Very good location! Walking distance to old city ! Apartment was couzy and perfect for relaxing from city noise ! Apartment is in perfect location far from road sounds but same time close to everything !
