The people working there were very kind, the breakfast was excellent, and our room was tastefully decorated, with an unforgettable view and a chic terrace.

Platinum Hotel is in the center of the city of Tyre, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is close to the beach, with sea views in all rooms, and offers free parking. Very friendly and helpful staff who are always willing to go out of their way to help. Beds are comfortable and rooms are very spacious. Nice breakfast spread in the morning, with staff cooking up any special requests. Room service always prompt.

Dar Alice in Soûr provides accommodations with a garden and a bar. The air-conditioned accommodations are a 9-minute walk from Tyre Archeological Site. It can be described in simple terms: Fantastic!!! We have traveled the world and stayed at many different places. This certainly come in top five, if not three. It had sooo much charm and spirit. We cannot recommend this place enough. Every room is unique with its own expression. Even the small pool has its charm. We’ll go that far to say, that even the hotel itself is worth a visit to Tyre. Not that Tyre doesn’t have its own reasons for a visit, it certainly have.
