Location of the hotel is super convenient as it is just 2-3 mins walk from/to Yokohama Station for transport to many tourist spots in Kanagawa pref and Tokyo metro. However the walking path from within Yokohama Station toward the hotel could be a bit confuisng to new comer due to many exits in the station.

The staff was kind enough to check up on us during an earthquake in Kanagawa, as it would have affected our check-in time. The check-in process is easy. The hotel lobby is nicely decorated.
The location of this hotel is awesome! Close to the action in city and yet very quiet away from all the busyness. Their breakfast is amazing 🤩

The hotel was definitely older but clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even gave our kids some lollies when we arrived. The buffet dinner was amazing with lots of options and quality food. The sushi was fabulous and the kids loved the warm chocolate sauce with ice-cream and chocolate cake. The onsens were great and it was fabulous having the use of another hotel's onsen with both inside and outside onsens. We loved the traditional rooms, gowns and Japanese beds. The views were lovely too with all the greenery plus we could hear a waterfall.
The hotel is small but it is really cute and thoughtful. Really clean, the staff are friendly, breakfast was great. The price is just right. Overall it was a wonderful experience! Good jobs!
I recently stayed at HOTEL PLUMM with my Family and had an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the Staffs were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The Room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for, including a comfortable bed, modern bathroom, and fast Wi-Fi. The location was perfect, situated close to Yokohama Station, major attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the area. I also appreciated the Housekeeping. One of the highlights was the Hotel's Staff attention to detail and commitment to customer service. Any requests I had were promptly addressed, and their fluency in English made communication effortless. Overall, my stay at HOTEL PLUMM was Fantastic. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I will definitely book my stay here again on my next visit.

The best onsen experience. Only wish we knew that they provide shuttle bus to the hotel ealier so we don't have to drag our luggage from the bus station.
