High quality is standard for every little corner, since you enter it smells amazing, very clean and cozy. Our room had an amazing view towards the mountains. The pillows were from the clouds. Breakfast was delicious with everything you could ever dream for, fresh and heavenly taste. Staff was so kind and warm and discreet. The pool area is a dream, the water perfectly warm and clean. Hot tub, lounge area, meditation corner, saunas, all from heaven. I had the most amazing birthday here, thank you Aeon team, the world is a better place because of you and your standards.

I was upgraded to a better room at no additional cost. I had a lovely view of the lake and the mountains. The wellness center had an indoor swimming pool and saunas. The hotel supplied a bathrobe and towels. The parking was sufficient. I was on half pension and enjoyed all the meals.

Everything was good about this hotel .. the friendly hosts.. the delicious food .. wonderful hotel staff and above all great location with superb transport system using the ritten card (ask for it at the hotel) we visited in December and it snowed and everything was a winter wonderland! we also had a unique experience where the owner together with his staff lit up a bonfire and distributed delicious homemade biscuits and mulled wine all for free!
The hotel is situated in Ritten/Renon area and is conveniently riechable by car (with a nice parking place), public transport (bus) or simply by hiking (for example taking a Bozen-Bolzano funicular and hiking for a couple of hours to the hotel). The breakfast is excellent and the hotel personnel are true ambasadors and representatives of the area. Eager to come back again.

I would say everything! Perfect spot for holiday
We did not expect the room to be so big when we booked! There was a big living space with a huge TV, large dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, separate bedroom, and two balconies, one with the most beautiful view of the Dolomites. The entire room and bathroom were very clean and the hot water shower had a good amount of pressure. Staff were very friendly and helpful with giving recommendations in the area. There was a beautifully maintained garden with deck chairs and shelters for use as well, but unfortunately because we were only there for the night we did not use it.
The location was fantastic and the views from the room window were the best of my trip
