We loved the Park Olimpia. It would be exceptional for anyone who loves to play tennis! (But we didn't have time) We enjoyed the outdoor pool overlooking the gorgeous mountain view, the spa facilities, and a delicious gourmet meal. Jacabo, the owner, was incredibly welcoming, as were the rest of the staff. I would go return!

Quiet, countryside hotel Castello di San Gaudenzio is set in lovely green grounds and housed in a 15th-century castle. Enjoy sports facilities and an elegant, classical atmosphere. Huge territory and a historical building in a really quiet environment. Friendly staff. It was cold outside, but in a room it was really warm, I generally dislike to sleep in a too warm room, but somehow it was warm and fresh at the same time, I had a wonderful sleep. Room was decorated in a style, it worth looking at it. Breakfast was not the biggest, but good.

The hosts / owners were very nice, welcoming and the service was top notch. The hotel is really cozy placed in a park-like setting. In the morning we saw several peaceful wild boars walking quietly by the river below the hotel. It was a fun experience. Before we left in the morning we were given a bottle of Giorgi Pinot Nero Oltrepò Pavese wine by the host. A super fresh locally produced white wine One surprise was that the hosts were super good at speaking English. We would like to get there again if we get on these edges.
Great place, calm, good for drive-by stay. Room has seperate parking for each room in front of the rooms, no need to worry for security as it is closed territory. Clean, tidy, WIFI, personal bathroom, big wardrobe, necessary gadgets (Towels, toothbrushes with tooth paste, soap, etc.), TV, comfy beds.
Agriturismo Torrazetta is unique place. The houses, its age and history is very interesting. It has a nice atmosphere where one feels home. I opted for a "gourmet dinner" in the evening and that was very nice. The hotel is a family operation making it a bit special. It was a very nice stay. The family is very nice and will look after you to make sure you feel comfortable and is satisfied.
Good location if you just arrive late and depart the next day (our case), close to the train station and to the bus that gets you there from/ to the airport. Breakfast ok, nothing fancy though (if you call fried eggs or omelet fancy that is...).

We loved everything about it. First, the people. The owners are amazing and lovely people. Lovely appointed rooms. Beautiful grounds and pool. Just amazing. The highlight was the dinner with wine pairing. The wine is excellent and the food was one of the best meals we had in Italy ever. Thank you so much for hosting us and making it a memorable experience. We will be back for a longer stay.
Everything exellent! Free parking place, beautiful garden, perfectly clean, well equipped, wi fi worked well, breakfast excellent, staff very friendly. Perfect for religious people. I can't wait to come back.
