Hotel in Ashford
Set in Ashford, 6.5 km from Wicklow Gaol, Chester Beatty Inn offers accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. Very good. Morden hotel inside. Clean and hotel stuffs are very friendly. Advise me if I move the car to the backyard entry, i would be much easier to carry luggage in. Insulation is very good. Had a good night sleep. The location is perfect. I am travelling to see the Mount Usher and National botanic garden in Kilmacurragh. This Hotel is very close to Mount Usher. All garden lover must see it.
Hotel in Bray
Firefly features free WiFi throughout the property and views of city in Bray. Firefly was an excellent hotel right on main street, with the most comfortable beds of our entire 4 week trip through Europe! The rooms had all the comforts you needed, they were quiet, and the check in process was a breeze. We have already recommended this to other friends and family in Ireland if they want a weekend away in Bray.
Hotel in Enniskerry
This beautiful country-house hotel on the edge of Enniskerry features spacious rooms and seasonal cuisine, 5 minutes’ walk from Powerscourt House and Gardens. We expected a nice B&B. We got a romantic small hotel (candles burning in the halls, floral arrangements), with a lounge, bartender, huge room, and very good on-site restaurant. The breakfast spread was one of the best of our trip and the arrangement of the “continental” area absolutely the most beautiful and very luxurious in terms of choices. And, there was an elevator! We loved this place.
Hotel in Aughrim
Set in a Designated Area of Natural Beauty, the award winning BrookLodge & Macreddin Village has elegant modern rooms and extensive facilities which include an indoor-to-outdoor pool, Hammam massage... We loved the bedrooms and furniture, the beautiful peaceful settings and scenery and all of the different building and amenities available. We particularly loved the thermal suite in the spa where we spent a delicious few hours. The outdoor jacuzzi was bliss!
Hotel in Bray
On the picturesque seafront with beautiful views across the Irish Sea, The Martello Hotel offers hotel rooms or self-catering apartments. Absolutely EVERYTHING, I am just sorry to be traveling solo this time and not with my wife and our baby boy accompanying! I think I got lucky enough to get offered the “suite” of the hotel, great room with big windows and views over the bay, bed with a mattress with a feeling like “sleeping in the clouds”, nice decoration. And the pub is simply LEGENDARY. The pub food is the best I have ever tried in Ireland (and I lived there for near 8 years before) both in quality and variety. I got also B&B and the breakfast was a la carte with no restrictions. The music live sessions going on every evening where simply class, great covers of all time classics. A true pleasure to enjoy there the grand finale of the Six Nations and Ireland’s historic Grand Slam. The hotel is at the Bray seafront within 5 minutes walking distance to the DART and close to many shops and the Main Street. The reception ladies were super polite and attentive and the young lads waiters were all courteous and kind. Rooms cleaned and serviced every day
Hotel in Enniskerry
On Ireland’s beautiful east coast, Powerscourt Hotel is a 5-star hotel tucked away in the woodlands of County Wicklow. There are stunning spa facilities and an award-winning restaurant, Sika. My recent stay at Powerscourt Hotel was elevated to new heights, thanks to a truly heartwarming and thoughtful gesture from the manager. Celebrating my birthday during this luxurious retreat was made even more special by the unique touch of personalised attention. Upon returning to my room after a day of exploring the grounds, I was met with a delightful surprise—a beautifully adorned table featuring a small, delicious birthday cake. The attention to detail was impeccable, and it was evident that the manager had gone above and beyond to make this moment memorable. It was a delightful treat, and the accompanying birthday card added a warm, personal touch that left a lasting impression. What made this experience truly exceptional was the manager's genuine effort to ensure that my birthday was celebrated in a way that surpassed my expectations. This small but meaningful act not only showcased the manager's attention to detail but also reflected the overall ethos of Powerscourt Hotel—a dedication to making each guest feel special and valued. It's these personalised touches that set this establishment apart, creating a lasting connection and ensuring that every guest feels like a VIP.
