Delightful stay in this lovely cosy, family-run hotel in beautiful Glengarriff - a place which has always been special to me. The staff were very professional, welcoming and friendly and made our stay really special and un-fussed. Very comfortable room, nice restaurant with excellent food, so we didn't have to go out under the rain in the evenings. Full breakfast served with a great variety of options on the menu. Only 2 minutes walk from some spectacular and leisurely strolls down to the shore, to watch seals, otters and gorgeous waterfalls. Definitely the gateway to a wonderful holiday for young and old, sporty or sedentary :-)

We would've stayed there 2 more nights. - Great location by the water. - Beautiful pod/rooms that had everything you needed for your stay. - Hot water, WiFi, Kitchen, sofa bed, grill, and more. - We rented 3 pods and they were next to each other. We had the best time hanging out outside the pods and having dinner outdoors.

Dream Cottage is a very nice accomodation, with a modern touch. The living is room is spacious, the kitchen well equipped and the bathroom is very nice. The cottage lies at the foot of the Hungry Hill - which is a very fine mountain tour if you like going up on a bit rocky surface. From the apartment we explored the Beara Peninsula and also the southern part of the Ring of Kerry as well as Mizen Head and Dunlough Castle. Beautiful room, great location, and the hotel is staffed by angels - Michelle, Lorna and all the staff put in so much effort to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The food is absolutely divine - unparalleled breakfast, and the Tea Room serves the best cake we've ever eaten. If you wish to explore the Beara Peninsula, make the Old Medical Hall your base of operations.

The Best place to stay in Ireland. Beautiful area and property. Beautiful 2 people run the Black Sheep BnB. So much fun to be with and talk with, and funny. Several things to pick from for breakfast. Endless tea or coffee when you want. Excellent experience, I just got lucky. A day's drive around the Beara Peninsula was way fun and also beautiful. And we all went to a great Pub as well.
The room although a bit small had a lovely view. The evening dinner and the breakfast both exceeded my expectations, and such a variety on the menu. The hotel is in an excellent location for touring West Cork and the beautiful Beara peninsula. All the staff were very pleasant and most helpful. Overall a lovely experience.

Warm reception, in an extraordinary little village in a splendid surrounding. The room was extremely clean and the brakfast contained everything for a long outdoor day! And even my bicycle got a safe and dry place in the barn…
Island View is in my opinion one of the most scenic views in Ireland. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. We met family there and we had a great time. It was off season so breakfast was continental style, but still a delicious spread was provided. The lounge was so comfy and homey with reclining chairs and couches to relax in.
We had the most relaxing week. The lodge was beautiful, spotless clean, warm and very comfortable. Sheila and Joan were extremely helpful. We will definitely return.
I couldn't have been happier with Rodeen Country House, our hosts Sophie & Philippe, were friendly, informative and attentive without being intrusive. And they went above and beyond in assuring we had a wonderful stay!
The room was really awesome with nice views, pretty clean and so spacious. The dinner and the breakfast were really good, delicious and very tasty. The house is very nice with everything that you could need and the owners were really friendly and affable. They helped me with everything I needed.
