Open at 6:00am daily. Dim sum at a discounted price till 11:00am. I enjoyed my 花膠灌湯餃 so much, I have to had one daily. The peanut n pork congee was scrumpdilicious. Servers were excellent, great service. Hotel Bus Shuttle.: So organized. U simply call to book your seat and hop onto the bus. The schedule is super convenient. Minutes to Kwai Fong MRT. Took me 30 minutes to arrive the Causeway Bay MRT station from the Kai Fong MRT station. The booking of shuttle seats is open 24/7. So good!!?! Service at the Front Check In counter: all staff are so courteous and well trained. Hotel Manager Edwin is a CHARM. His service for his hotel residence is rated "10". Understanding, caring and no matter how busy he is in his office, he comes out to the front counter to help me to the best of his knowledge. Edwin's help is immeasurable. I am very much impressed with his service. There is a 7-11 convenience store on the main street where you can buy snacks and bottled water. Super convenient. I stayed for two weeks from Dec. 15, 2023 till around Christmas time. I love Dorsett Tsuen Wan Hotel. I could have stay here for two months..... Thank you, Mr. Edwin Chow.
