Their recommendations on food and places to visit were spot on. What stood out was how Damon was able to reserve our dinner and cooking classes at Karimalis winery, the one featured in the Blue Zones! Damon and Theano were very warm and hospitable, and really made us feel like family.

Situated in the picturesque village of Armenistis, next to Livadi and Messakti Beach, this charming hotel offers a beautiful setting overlooking the sea and surrounded by the local attractions. Rooms aren't huge, but absolutely spotless and well proportioned. HUGE balcony overlooking the sea. Breakfast was fantastic and great views while eating. Staff is great. 1-2 mins walk to restaurants and 1-2 mins walk to the sea. Second year in a row we have stayed here and NEVER disappointed.

This is a real gem, both in terms of the location, amenities and people. I have never met more friendly, welcoming, kind hosts, and I have travelled a lot. Anna runs fantastic pottery workshops - you must try! Sofia’s food is just out of this world! I highly recommend you do a private cooking class with her and make one of Ikarian specialities - we made a pie with spinach, courgettes and local herbs which we collected on the slopes leading to the beach. Sofia is a fantastic chef and a truly special person. I am vegan and she made me the most delicious and healthy breakfasts, truly accommodating!! The location could not be better, with the stunning views of Nas beach. Make sure to hike around and go to the waterfall or to a beautiful town of Raches. The room was super clean with all utensils in case you’d like to cook, comfortable beds and a beautiful terrace. I can’t wait to visit this place again!!! Thank you so much for showing me how beautiful both Ikaria island and the Ikarian people are!!

We stayed in this hotel for 13 days and it felt as if we were among family. the room and the hotel are spotless clean, the property has an elevator.

The view was gorgeous & the property itself was quaint & cozy. We felt relaxed right away. The pool is a lovely place to spend a lazy afternoon reading while enjoying a glass of wine.

The hotel is super clean (they follow the covid-19 guidelines to the letter). Amazing position in Armenistis with sea view from the room and pool. Breakfast had everything we wanted. Lots of options for restaurants. Room had all the amenities you may need (safe, good wifi, office desk, aircondition, small refrigerator) Overall this is probably the best vacation we ever had. Icaria and Erofili are the best combination and we will surely come back.
Perfect location for few days in Icaria. The hotel is in a super quiet spot in Therma with a mountain view. It's super close to the beach and the facilities in Therma and if you have a car it's really easier to reach any other location on the island. It has also a parking spot which was great during our holiday in August.
Everything was really great. The rooms are top quality with the best equipment possible. Also the people running the hotel are the kindest and friendliest people you can meet. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the fantastic island of Icaria

Impeccable hotel with an unbeatable location, amazing staff and fantastic facilities. Backgammon and chess sets could be found dotted around the hotel, there were many books to read and we were sent us a list of recommendations for what to do in Ikaria. Rooms were spacious and clean and the outside patio area had an abundance of seating areas and a very well maintained garden. Views could not be beaten. One of the best hotels I stayed at during my 3 month trip. Thank you!

Good communication, good location, very friendly staff. Melissa is super nice and friendly and accommodating. Strong A/C. Perfectly located: in the center of Therma a 5 min cab or bus ride from ferry dock. Hotel is in walking distance (200 yards) to the famous hot tub and the beach. Lovely swimming and snorkeling, with swimming access to the hot tub. Which is really hot, sourcing heat from rocks in the back of the hot tub. You enjoy a natural hot tub on top of an inactive volcano - absolutely stunning!!

We had the apartment for 4 people split on 2 floors. We loved this place and we loved the island ! My parents joined us for a couple of days and ended up extending their stay since we found the apartment very comfortable as well as the island amazing ! The location is just next to the beach and isolated from noises and people. A real place for rest and meditation. We felt we had a lot of privacy. The owner was super nice and always available if needed. We highly recommend this place for staying in Ikaria !
Charming apartment with beautiful furnishings. They had a welcome bottle of water in the refrigerator and even fresh fruit and a homemade dessert for us upon arrival. Beautiful garden and grounds and convenient parking spot but we had to cut our trip short due to not liking the general area.

The pictures on line must be old because the room we stayed in was freshly remodeled and was clean, well laid out, modern with plenty of room for 4 people. The staff is warm and professional. The breakfast is excellent.
