Excellent little hotel. We went there for a weekend break to escape the weekend chaos In the town we are staying opposite Evia island. The hotel was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was.......ok considering the changes with COVID precautions. The rooms and bathrooms are small, as other reviewers have commented, but perfectly adequate for a weekend stay. We have booked a further weekend there during our 6 week stay in Greece. The town is within walking distance where you will find restaurants and bars etc.
Loutra Edipsou
Very nice comfortable and clean apartment. Location is quiet and it's 5 minutes away from restaurants and port. Bakery and grocery store are also nearby. It's easy to find a free parking spot. Giorgos is a great host, he recommended us some beautiful places to visit, and helped us with everything we needed. He turned on the AC before we came and he welcomed us with coffee and a bottle of cold water that we needed much after a long trip. If we come back to Evia again we'll stay at Afrodita for sure.

It has exceeded our expectations. The view from the rooms is beyond beautiful. This whole part of Evia is very peaceful and excellent for everybody who loves a proper relaxing holiday. Maria is an absolutely wonderful host, the rooms were cleaned top to bottom every second day and Maria always brought some lovely homemade treats. The house is very well looked after, the garden is lovely and the pool is the highlight of the facility. We loved our stay at Kapetaniou apartments.
I came to a yoga retreat at Evia Silence across the bay. It's a short beautiful walk but very hot in July so come prepared. The room was nearly perfect. Comfortable bed, closets, kitchenette. Everything clean and new. Spyros the host was wonderful. I didn't have a car so he drove me to the pharmacy in the nearby village when I needed to get medicine. He also showed me his house and fields in the village. I got to see what life in Greece is like and had a great time!

Never have been before to this area of Evia and it really suprise me! The location of the Frictories Station was superb! We have spent our weekend in nature, in our comfortable apartment with a beautiful view and we were sleeping in complete silence!!!!! The hosts were very kind, friendly and helpful. Nearby one can find amazing beaches without walking if not wished so! Limnionas has three restaurants with very nice food. Coffee and breakfast are also easy to get.

We loved staying in this Guest house. Elizabeth and her son Jeurgos (George) made us so genuinely welcome. Our best stay on Evia and we extended our stay by 3 more days. The apartment was very clean and the view of Rovies Bay just perfect. We enjoyed several lovely breakfasts which were all from local producers. If we return to Evia this would be our number one base. The place was renovated last summer and was a good deal better from our expectations. we got a large room, with kitchenette and big bathroom. The owner was very attentive and nice. They had a restaurant in the hotel, so you can eat right there. It is on right the beach. 3 steps and you are in the water. The sunsets are beautiful. It is ideally situated for a visit in the north part of Evia.

The hotel is on a great location, easily accessible to a lot of beaches of Evia. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with a great terrace and a great sea view. Housing was perfect, every day clean room and towels. Manager Mr. George is a great person, he cares about gests and meets all guests needs. It was a perfectly balanced value for the money vacation.

Stefanos was at any time very friendly and helpful. He showed me on the maps many destinations to visit which are near to the hotel fani. We where for the first time in Greece and on the island Evia and because of him and the hotel staff and the friendly people there we had a very nice and unforgettable stay. Thank you very much.

We had the best apartment: number 10 on the second floor facing beach and the sea. We had a very friendly welcome and a lovely farewell. The location is very practical for exploring the northern part of Evia. To enlarge the choice of restaurants consider to go to Limni, only a short drive away.

Perfect getaway: clean, beautiful garden/terrace with the best sea view, great location to explore the south of Evia and the beaches to the north up to Kymi - highly recommended if you want to relax and enjoy the quiet and beautiful nature of Evia (it's vital to have a car though)
A lovely hotel. Well positioned with access to the beach and port area. Tasty breakfasts with fresh, local products. George's hospitality, tips and friendly manner really make the stay exceptional. It was a lovely base to explore the beautiful and unspoilt areas of Evia!.

We have really enjoyed our 10-day stay at Brown Beach Evia Island. Everything was perfect, including very diverse and rich food, great and welcome service as well as a very cozy and modern room.
