Situated in Isle of Whithorn, The Steam Packet inn offers 2-star accommodation with a garden, a restaurant and a bar. At the hotel, rooms include a wardrobe. At the end of a road lies the Steam Packet Inn. I don't have room for all the great things to say. Our room was contemporary, comfortable, crisp and clean and overlooked the bay. Unique local beers. The restaurant was phenomenal absolutely phenomenal. When I asked our server if the food was local, she pointed across the bay and said " The house on the left is where the vegetables come from." We did some local hikes along stunning sea cliffs before returning to the inn for tea. It's a bit of a haul to get there but I would definitely do it again. Unfortunately we only stayed one night. I won't make that mistake again! Thanks to all the staff who made our stay feel relaxed and welcoming. And don't forget the food, book early!

Featuring mountain views, Luxurious Family Pod with Garden and Hot tub - The Stag Hoose by Get Better Getaways provides accommodation with a private beach area and a patio, around 2.3 km from Ringdoo... Me and my son loved this place, the owners are lovely, beautiful surroundings in the country side, our dog had a lot of fun exploring our own pet friendly garden which is all enclosed to each lodge privately, the hot tub was amazing and even though it rained here and there…we were able to still use as it’s got a roof to keep u protected, they even left us a little valentines card on arrival, plenty of extras u can get and great prices, no need to take wood as there is wood to buy at the lodge and not expensive at all, the fire pit is also lovely, my fave part at night, they also supply a separate bbq, we never used due to the time of year, highly recommend “the pub” (actual name) only 15 min drive and good prices if u fancy a meal out, our favourite trip so far and we’ve done glamping trips before, can’t wait to return, highly recommend :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights at Craigmount. Nicole & Malcolm are excellent hosts and have thought of everything. Great breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms and lots of great advice about things to do in the area.

Cairndoon Byre is set in Monreith, 39 km from Stranraer and 42 km from Portpatrick. Free private parking is available on site. All rooms have a TV with satellite channels. The quality of the accommodation and outstanding breakfast was as a 5* Hotel. The hosts are so friendly and helpful and attend to lots of special touches.

The Harbour Inn features a garden, restaurant, a bar and tennis court in Garlieston. The property is non-smoking and is set a few steps from Garlieston Beach. The breakfast was delicious and eggs perfectly cooked!
