The waiter at breakfast very chatty and kind, chris the security guard was awesome and took care of any questions we had. All staff attentive and caring, great location super friendly, food delicious. The band om Saturday night was good and the sea view from room was delightful, will be back .

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room we stayed in was very clean. The food was excellent, they would give you large portion which is great value for your money. The hotel was lovely and is great for a relaxing time away. Its very close to Beccles Town centre and the broads which was nice. We would definitely go to the Swan Motel again.

The hotel was classy, elegant and stylish but also felt cosy and friendly. The room was spacious, modern and very clean. The view was superb and location excellent for the Broads, Norwich and the coast. The food was excellent and superb breakfasts. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional and nothing was too much trouble for them.
Great location. Easy short drives to everything we wanted to do in the Broads. Very comfortable. Great pub across the street. Michael was exceptional in showing us the apartment and explaining how to use everything. He also gave great advice for activities. And Bridget had high tea awaiting us on arrival! It was a great place to stay!

Lovely location, quiet and on a sunny day it would be lovely To overlook the broads and feel at peace. The breakfast was lovely, fab Choice of what to have and did not disappoint on any way. Staff couldn’t of been more helpful.
Lovely location by the broads and a hotel which we had chosen as a ‘treat’ because it was much more expensive than the Norwich hotel we stayed at on the way (which turned out to be far superior!)
