This converted 16th-century mill cottage is a 30-minute drive from the north Cornish coast, and 20 miles from Tintagel Castle, one of the rumoured locations of King Arthur’s Camelot. Kind, warm, professional, welcome and beautifully decorated property. Breakfast was excellent, and again beautifully presented. A lovely local's pub next door serving good quality bar meals. The location, which is very difficult to find at night (use this in Google maps 50.518228,-4.225086), is spectacular, well situated with easy access to the main roads to go further into Cornwall or Devon. Great views from the windows. Cabin is located in the grounds of a private house, which, when you get there at night, makes you wonder if you're in the right location, as there is no real signage making you think you are. However, quick call and the owner comes out swiftly. Owner, Johnathan, is very pleasant and will show you all of the benefits of the cabin, as well as controls etc. Place looks exactly like the pictures. Very comfortable, great little log burner, nicely decorated, well equipped kitchen, great shower with good water pressure and good internet/TV streaming. For a business traveller looking to cook for themselves, or a couple, this is a great place.
