The property was clean and modern, with friendly and welcoming staff. The double bedroom I had was large enough for me, though I suspect a couple might have felt it a little cramped. it was also quiet at night. The bathroom facilities were good. There is a spacious car park. The property is about a 10 minute drive (or 30 minute walk) away from the Michelin-starred Northcote restaurant at Langho. The hotel makes a good base for touring the beautiful countryside of the Forest of Bowland, but a car is essential.

Lovely location enabling us to explore the Forest of Bowland and surrounding area. Beautiful courtyard gardens and the good size hotel rooms are very nice and comfortable. The food was very nice and staff welcoming and friendly.

We had the warmest of welcomes on arrival by Richard, the host. Littlebank is a beautiful old house surrounded by wonderful scenery. Richard cooked us a good breakfast, plenty of choice. We only wish we had been there for more than one night.
