Everything about this place was perfect, from its stunning location (we loved the scenic drive from Paris through the idyllic countryside) to the exceptional hospitality at every touchpoint, from the lobby to the restaurant and bar. The experience felt almost surreal in its beauty and quality.

This was our family trip and used that opportunity to visit few nearest spots, like Safari Zoo in Thoiry, but also travelled to Paris for Olympic Games (convenient train connection in 10minutes from Flexanville) and relaxed by the pool. Perfect holiday :)

What a beautiful mini vacation! Danuta and Jean-Yves have been adorable hosts, they made us feel at ease and comfortable at their stunning home in a gorgeous region of France, Yvelines, 45 minutes out of Paris. Our room was very clean and comfortable, we enjoyed fantastic breakfast prepared with care. Everything was just perfect! We will come back soon to this wonderful place!
Everything was great. A few of the staff could have been friendlier, but they might have just been tired after a long day or early morning.
The food was plentiful and amazing quality. Breakfast, lunch, afternoon drink with cake, aperitif with lovely snacks and dinner. All buffet self service and the best I have encountered on holiday. Baked Alaska! desserts to die for. Mains included monk fish steak, beefsteak, swordfish steak, trout, lamb, salmon, chicken with sauce the list goes on. Starters included fresh prawns in shell and langoustine. Fine local wines Prosecco and beer on tap. Indoor and outdoor pool lots of outdoor and indoor activities including games rooms karaoke room. Boating was fun and the driving range. The chateau itself was beautiful with a moat and the grounds and woodland walks impressive

The room was stunning! I felt like a princess in my own tower. Amazing views from the terrace down to the river and surrounding countryside. Room was super luxurious and bedding etc very comfortable. The restaurant was spectacular and staff very helpful and friendly
I loved the room for its cleanliness and interior. The price was also very affordable. Of all the place I have been to during this trip, including Barcelona, Madrid and Paris, this was the best by far.

Highly recommend! Absolutely adorable place. My family stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage and had a wonderful time. Kitchen had all the usual amenities and we were able to cook when we wanted. There are 2 markets within walking distance where you can pick up most of what you need. The little garden area around the cottage was gorgeous. This place definitely has a wonderful cozy cottage vibe that we loved. Camel and Celine were extremely nice and very accommodating. Also, there's a cat named Guess and if you treat him/her well, they become your cat for the vacation.
The overall hotel facilities were good. Easy parking access..comfortable for families with kids.
