Only accessible by train, departing from Montenvers-Mer de Glace Train Station, Refuge du Montenvers is a shelter-style hotel set in a 19th-century building and located at an altitude of 1913 metres... We had such a great time during our weekend in the region. It was a great experience to stay at the hotel. The location is beautiful, food was delicious, the room was very comfortable, great hikes were possible directly from the hotel, and the views were amazing.

The bed and breakfast was super clean and very cute. The host always helped us out. She gave us so much information about the area and even helped us book a taxi early in the morning for our bus back home. The breakfast was amazing and it is obvious that the host put a lot of effort into the whole experience for her guests.

La Ferme de Cupelin is located on the "heights of Saint Gervais les Bains" at 5 min drive from the ski resort. The staff were beyond excellent. Not only we’re they kind and helpful, but also worked with my family and i despite knowing any French. Everyone was extremely pleasant. Further, the rooms are beautifully decorated with quality furniture and decorations.

This hotel is set in the heart of Combloux. You can relax in the sauna, hot tub or seasonal swimming pool. The rooms at Aux Ducs de Savoie include a private balcony with mountain views. Amazing staff and restaurant food- dessert buffet if you opt in for their set menu!! Breakfast has a wide enough range. Room is clean and ample for the 3 of us. It's close to the free ski bus stop (3 min walk). In terms of the closest ski lift, it's not useful for us because we have a 3 year-old toddler who can not take that drag lift.
