There is a common room where you can enjoy coffee and tea with your friends or partners. There is also a fridge for the guest to store their own drinks or foods. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

This 1930s hotel, designed by Finnish architect Wivi Lönn, lies on Lake Saimaa. Olavinlinna Castle is only 400 metres away. It offers free Wi-Fi, a quiet setting and cosy, individually decorated... The location of the hotel was excellent. Its right on the edge of the lake and it was very quiet and peaceful the castle is only a couple of minutes walk away and the harbour and town were less than a 10 minute walk. It's an old building with beautiful old style rooms. Our room was really big with a nice sitting area and a separate kitchenette with a sink, two ring cooker, kettle, fridge and utensils.. Tea, coffee, and sugar was supplied but no milk. The beds was very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely. It was well stocked with very nice toiletries. The breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of both hot and cold foods and extremely tasty. The staff in the hotel were extremely nice and helpful.

The hotel is a beautiful old and very quaint building. The room was really nice and bright, but not very big. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was lovely and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent.
