Family pool and adults only pool. I really enjoyed the breakfast as it never felt crowded. Breakfast views are over North course 18 green. About 5 restaurants in the hotel territory and many restaurants nearby, in La Manga club territory.

Boutique Hotel Colina del Emperador features free bikes, seasonal outdoor swimming pool, a garden and shared lounge in La Manga del Mar Menor. The property was a beautiful, incredible place with views of the Mediterraneo and mar menor. The description and pictures don't make justice. It is luxurious but comfortable and the most important thing is the way we were received: Theresa and her husband Gizle went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The place is beautiful. The breakfast delicious, the hosts wonderful, the location espectacular with sunset and sunrise views. Also they borrowed us chairs, umbrella and towels to go to the beach.

The hotel looked very new, is in a very central location, with parking space under the building. A short walk from the beach, near several restaurants. The room was a good size, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of food. The staff was very friendly.
