The room we had was AMAZING! We had a view to the right as well as to the left of the hotel building, so we could overlook more or less all of Costa Adeje. Plus, the jacuzzi was awesome too ;) The staff was very friendly and helpful, we even had one staff member cone and bring our luggage into our room for us and greeted us with a welcome drink :) The hotel has many facilities to use and explore as well as live music entertainment each evening at the bar. It's very close to many shopping and dining locations which is a big plus :)

We had stayed before so used key safe. Video sent by Barbara showing which key safe to use and the code, very easy. Apartment was very clean. Wine, fruit and snacks were a nice touch upon arrival. Netflix on tv. Plenty of towels for both showering and use by pool. Washing machine really handy. Always got a Sun lounger and brolly if needed. Pool is well maintained. Hyperdino shop nearby. Great location for restaurants, bars and nice walks. Local bus couple of minutes walk to Costa Adeje/Las Américas etc

bedrooms both comfortable with generous storage in both. excellent showers & quality of fittings, however toilet roll holder in main bedroom ensuite was missing. Garden area was of a generous size. The complex's pool area was great with ample good quality comfortable loungers. All public areas was always clean, tidy & well maintained. Bus stop directly outside entrance to the apartment complex with buses running every 30 minutes to Costa Adeje/Los Cristianos.

Excellent location, whilst Palm Mar is nowhere near as built up as Los Cristianos or Costa Adeje, there are at least 10 restaurants, bars, gyms, shops and supermarkets, so you don't need to leave if you don't want to. And if you do, all the busy areas are a 10 minute car journey away. The facilities in the apartment were perfect, we didn't need to buy anything. The pools always had available beds and the gym is only small but usable. Perfect for longer stays.

Great location at end of costa adeje hill & walking distance to las americas / los cristianos. Tourist train is right by the hotel, starts at 10.20am €9 return & goes to adeje market Sat & Thursday. Room was very nice - we had a superior room with view of sea & there was robes & slippers which was great. Loads of pool space / beds so no issue there. Towel rental €20 per towel. Safe also deposit. Direct access to beach.

It was our second time in this apartment so it says a lot already. Location is perfect, quite in the center because we love Costa Adeje more than other places in South Tenerife. Great grocery store is in the next building. And depending on on which street your going you can reach many places quite fast. However there were cockroaches in the kitchen and bathrooms this time. And only 4 forks, even though the apartment can accommodate 6 persons.

Really beautiful, unusual looking hotel in a great location. A few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants and bars on your doorstep. At the quieter end of Costa Adeje so very peaceful. Pool was beautiful and the staff were delightful. Oh and the breakfast is amazing. Literally anything you could want. Breakfast was included and we filled up and then didn't need to eat until early evening. Even the fussy teenagers loved the breakfast.

Fantastic location felt really safe and these apartments have everything you need for a week away with friends. Perfect for lone travelers too you wouldn’t have to travel anywhere if you didn’t want to there’s food entertainment bars a little shop all on site definitely visit detroits bar for amazing live singers 1st visit to Costa Adeje after always going los christianos so glad we decided to have a change lots to do very close to beach

I liked the apartment! The location is very good! Everything is within walking distance! Beaches - Playa del Camisón, Playa de Las Vistas and Playas de Troya! Restaurants, promenades, as well as neighboring Los Cristianos and Costa Adeje! Very comfortable bed! My wife's pillow fit, and mine was smaller than the sofa! I have no complaints about the kitchen (equipment), the terrace, the bedroom and the cleanliness - miss Neomi!

The location was excellent, with easy walking access to the promenade in Costa Adeje and Las Américas. The area was relatively quiet for Costa Adeje. Free parking was available, and there were plenty of restaurants and 24-hour convenience stores nearby. We especially loved the local farmers' fruit and vegetable store, Los Agaves, just a 3-minute walk away. The hosts were very helpful, kind, and friendly.

Great place to stay for holidays. Lovely quiet area, large swimming pool, underground car parking with allocated space. Small supermarket just around the corner, the closest beach is about 15 min walk from the apartment complex. Playa de las Americas and Costa Adeje are 15 min drive from this place with lots of beaches and things to do. I can only highly recommend this place, nothing to complain about!

The complex, Adeje Paradise, is very well set out, with good range of pools and a lovely bar. Our accommodation was spacious, modern and clean. It's a decent walk to the main playa paraiso street where the Hard Rock Hotel but also good restaurants 5 minutes up the hill from the apartment. Local bus service is excellent to get to Fanabe, Costa Adeje and Las Americas.

Booked the Ocean view room which was fantastic, friendly, and quiet. Breakfast was brilliant, with a lot of options to choose from with a chef there to cook. Location is absolutely amazing you are right at the beach and at the corner of the strip. Walk straight on the main street, and take a left outside the hotel you are heading towards Costa Adeje.

Lovely apartment in a very good location, just on the edges of Las Americas and Costa Adeje. Pool area was good, doing a little bit of work but didn’t affect us one bit. Lots of beds( could have done with a cushion for the beds) but that is my only grumble. Had good communication with the owner of the apartment. We would definitely stay here again.

Very large one bedroom apartment, spotless clean, nice balcony with pool and (distant) sea view, nice view of the sunset, and a very nice rooftop terrace! Silent environment and wonderful sleep. Not very far from Los Cristianos/Costa Adeje. Nice pool. We did not try the breakfast/the buffets. Good value for money—definitely recommend

The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The shower is nice and hot. Our room had a great view over Costa Adeje along with the pool area. The location is great as it is just enough out of town to be quiet but close enough for 20 min walk or €7 taxi. Free parking for the hire car was also great.

Very nice and clean apartment, everything is pretty new and well maintained. The swimming pools area was also nice and clean. In middle center of Playa Paraíso with few nice restaurants around and 20min away (bus) from main areas like Costa Adeje. Daniela she was amazing with check in and out.

I had a fantastic stay at Costa Adeje-Modern Apartment. The place was spotless, cozy, and had all the amenities I needed. The host was incredibly friendly. The location was perfect, close to major attractions. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again!

The location of the apartments is excellent, you have Playa Las Americas and Costa Adeje a few mins away each way. The bar around the pool area is very friendly and reasonably priced. There's also bars and restaurants around the corner again all pretty cheap.

It's so convenient, with amazing views of the sea, mountains, and Costa Adeje! The apartment is bright with minimalist decoration, super clean, and has everything you need for a great stay. Leen and Carina were incredibly helpful and responsive.
