We tried the new restaurant The Merchants to celebrate my husband's birthday and the entire team made sure the evening was unforgettable. I recommend you try the TNT prawns and the shrimp carpaccio. Beautiful location, lovely staff, great view from room. The food especially was excellent. Lots of variety, very fresh and flavorful. I very much recommended half board. The hotel was very peaceful, but the staff were also very kind and accommodating for our 16 month old who isn’t the tidiest eater. Paguera is an easy 20 minute walk away along the coast.

Our rooms had beautiful sea views, a lovely balcony and were very clean and nicely appointed. Not huge, but big enough. Great shower room, with a powerful shower. Cleaned every day, loads of clean towels. Fantastic self service breakfast, lots of fresh food and pastries, cooked breakfasts for those who wanted it. All the staff were very helpful. A big thank you to Evlina on reception who was incredibly kind and helpful giving us ideas where to visit. She also helped us us hire a car for a day, which was a great success. The tranquility of the place was amazing. The hotel is located in the middle of the countryside in Calvia. Away from noises and the hustle and bustle of Palma. The pool was lovely and refreshing too.

loved that is was located on the water, in walking distance to restaurants and short drive to the city center.
Everything went perfectly the receptionist was 10/10, she was alone but coped admirable and gave everyone the same attention and later me extra, as she got my iPad/phone on the internet for me, later the tv flicker wouldn’t work it was replaced with half an hour. We were there in February totally out of season all the staff made us very welcome everywhere, even arriving at the restaurant just 3/4 hour before closing, meals were very good value superbly cooked and presented and served with professionalism. We certainly would recommend the hotel company.

This hotel has such authentic Mallorcan atmosphere. It's classical. It's relaxing. It's private. It's romantic. You have a wonderful seaview from any point, our favourite were outside lounge and restaurant and from the terrace of the room. Garden rooms are huge plus, you get the feeling of living in a cute finca, right on the seaside and we could listen to the waves hitting rocks downstairs while laying in bed.
My kids loved the pool..staff are so welcoming and friendly..great location. Basic but clean room.
