This family-run hotel is located on the B104 road, just outside Lalendorf and near Güstrow. Im Wiesengrund offers a restaurant, bicycle hire and free parking. This is one of the nicest hotel/restaurants that we have stayed in on our many many weeks of bicycle traveling through Europe in the past 20+ years . Our room was absolutely great with a separate sitting area with a sofa and comfortable chairs . Great use of color throughout the room . Very comfortable bed and an amazing large and clean bathroom . Multiple windows and glass doors in room 16 to provide light . Good WiFi . On-site Restaurant was closed on Sunday night but a short 1.8km bike ride took us to Zur Schmeide Restaurant which was really great . The grounds of the hotel are well maintained and quite beautiful. We had our own private patio to store our bikes under cover and to rest after our long ride . More than adequate breakfast was included. Would truly have liked to stay here for several days

The property was beautiful with a garden and the interior decorating was gorgeous. The room was comfortable and breakfast was far more than we were expecting (in a good way)! The staff were very friendly and waiting for us with our own set table. Fancy but not pretenious. 10/10 would definitely go back!

This 3-star superior hotel enjoys a quiet location on the edge of Stavenhagen, surrounded by scenic Mecklenburg countryside. Hotel Reutereiche features a cosy restaurant, bar and garden terrace. The lady on reception when we arrived was fantastic. She couldn't speak much English, but though out our stay, on she was on, she was willing, friendly and very helpful. Great.
