Located in Kochel, 8.3 km from Glentleiten Open Air Museum, Danner-Hof provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a spa and wellness centre. Close enough from Kochel train station that we could walk with our large luggages. Patricia was incredibly friendly and helpful in suggesting options for entertainment around the area. The room was very new and clean. Just a very nice country side accommodation with friendly staff. Another plus point was the amazing included breakfast. I'm sure everyone will be spoilt for choice with the options available.

Don't trust the photos. The real object is much more original and beautiful. We were overwhelmed by the design, interior as well as exterior, which integrates the surrounding mountains without a hint of rural kitsch. It's paradise for art lovers, an attraction to excellent conversations with the open-minded owners. If we are what we eat, we become kinder and braver after each breakfast, since we just realize how blessed we are to have entered the gates of this palace, sorry, place.

Unfortunately, I had to come to Murnau because my father had an accident and was at the hospital. After making the reservation I told the personnel about my situation and they were very supportive about everything. They gave me advice about how to legally deal with this situation and gave me special treatment from the start. One must really be thankful to people with such big hearts.

The owners are very nice and courteous but no English speaking as far as I could gauge; good breakfast as I am sure others have mentioned.

The perfect location for a visit to Bavaria. Staff were all very pleasant, my room was spotlessly clean and breakfast, although quite basic choices, was delicious. coffee was strong and hot!
