Our room was beautiful and the views were gorgeous! Breakfast was high quality, delicious, and a very generous portion that held us over for many hours of sight seeing. In addition to the vast array in the photo included, we also had eggs cooked to our preferences and ordered cappuccinos and coffees. Easy parking on the property and an amazing location for walking along the path next to the water. The Jetty property was beautiful, I loved the swing out back. Not an issue for us, but there was not an elevator that I know of - so stairs could be a challenge for guests with wheelchair/walkers/mobility issues, etc. The gentleman who checked us in did bring our luggage up, which was kind! I would not hesitate to book here again if we were back in the area.

We arrvied late at night towards the end of dinner. The staff were so genorous they kept the kitchen open until we ordered Food great. Great loooking property. Could be used in a movie The hotel should be one of the small leading hotels of the world. Excellent ground floor apartment. We were surprised at the size and all the facilities and comfort. From lounge to kitchen to dining room and bedrooms, there were few things to fault. Any items you wanted from glass to pot to utensil to power lead to anything you could need. At 960m asl it pleasantly cool in midsummer and away from the stifling heat lower down in the Vaud. Transport links were excellent, except to France!

Great top floor apartment with amazing views of the alps. One big room to fit family of 4 with kitchen facilities. The coffee machine with pods was a bonus and the chocolate was also a lovely touch! We were nice and close to the Vaudoise Arena and a 10 min walk to train, also close to supermarkets.

Great hotel to stay if you're hiking or skiing in Vaud region near Leysin. The staff are very nice, breakfast was simple but good, room simple, very clean and comfy. If we plan another weekend in the area we will definitely choose Hotel du Cerf again :)

Hotel was Clean, staff were helpful and friendly, and the breakfast and evening meal were superb. Location was ideal for exploring Vaud due to train station proximity. Excellent stay - would highly recommend and stay again.

We have stayed at Royal Plaza Montreux before, and it's allways a pleasure to stay there 😀. The staff are excellent and when we arrived the concierge came out to welcome us 👍. We always book a junior suite with a full wiev to lake, and it is outstanding. Thank you so much and see you next year.
The coziness of the interior, lots of little nooks you can read your books in, or hang out for a chat, a fireplace, some games are available and overall really friendly staff. We felt like on a true ski holiday.
Romain is amazing to upgrade me a good view room, and he is very friendly and professional to offer the information of renting a bike, the city map and the introduction of the hotel facilities. It turns out all staffs in the hotel are excetional friendly and helpful. Free biking rental is amazing that i got to bike around the lake which is super great/ Also the bathroom are so clean

The location of the hotel and the Restaurant 'The Deck' as well as the lounge overlooking the vineyards of Lavaux is absolut fantastic. The view is magic and the food in the Restaurant is very delicious. Absolut a MUST! The staff is very friendly and we could also get a drink after dinner at the Hotel Bar.

I travel a lot and I don't remember last time the reception had this amazing service! Both late night and morning gentelman ( I don't recall the names) were very helpful, friendly and concrete. Great job! The stay was pleasant, sauna was a great plus, beds very comfortable.
