The whole experience was beautiful and pleasant. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are more than hotel rooms, they really feel like home. The included breakfast is easily a CHF 30+ value. Everything was prepared beautifully and was delicious. Thank you for the great memories!

Located in the Verzasca Valley 15 km from Locarno, the Al Lago overlooks Lake Vogorno. It features a traditional restaurant and offers free Wi-Fi. My room and bathroom was comfortable and had everything I need after day long excurcions, Location is really very good if you plane to explore Vale Verzasca. It is at the shore of Verzasca lake. It is beside the main (only) road of Versasca Valley but at night there is almost no traffic. at all. I am a very light sleeper and I always have earplugs with me but I did not use them. Day time it can be noisy but I went to Versasca Valley to hike not to sit in the hotel. I ate dinner in the hotel twice and liked both meals. Hotel al Lago is a great value for its price.

22 km from Piazza Grande Locarno in Brione, Casa Rossa features accommodation with access to a hot spring bath, hot tub and open-air bath. Warm welcoming by the host, much earlier checkin than expected, fantastic location. Fully equipped apartment, bus stop just around the corner. A relaxing dip in jacuzzi. We were simply astonished and recommend it to anybody without any hesitation.

The hotel is located in the center of Sonogno, the "end town" of the Verzasca valley. From there you can make different hikes up to the mountains. It is a little bit away from the Valle Verzasca Bridge (Influenza-Selfie-Spot), but the whole valley is reachable by car or by post bus, which operates daily every hour with stops on the way. The hotel price value is quite good for Swiss price relations. It is quite basic, but has all what you need. Breakfast was included in the price and was good. Other meals can be bought there too (this hotel is also a restaurant). We slept well in the room. :) Hosts were nice.
Beautiful historic house which has been renovated up to modern standards. It is an absolute bijou and the hosts very very forthcoming and welcoming. The hosts even provided a baby chair and a travel bed for our baby. We loved it every minute spent in this house. Thank you very much!
Great house in a great location! The valley around is beautiful and inviting, the house has a very homely feeling and is wonderfully decorated, the kitchen very well equipped (including a fondue set!). The proximity to the road is a very minor nuisance as it is almost at the end of the valley and there is very little traffic. Instead, the sounds you get are the river just below you and the cowbells in the distance. Great hosts, a real gem. Highly recommended!
