The Osteria Ritrovo dei Passeggeri is located at 800 metres above sea level, in the middle of nature with a marvelous view over the Lago Maggiore and the Ticinese Alps. We stayed only one night and enjoyed our stay immensely. Beautiful surroundings, friendly and helpful people, when staying longer certainly a place for nature lovers. Room was charming with beautiful views. We will certainly return and book again!

Fitted with a terrace, the units feature a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with bath or shower.... This was probably the BEST place we have ever stayed on our travels. The location is magical, with views of mountains above and Bellinzona down below. There is a huge fenced yard that our dogs loved running around and tanning. The studio ("Loft") and really large and modern. Internet was super. The hosts we very attentive and caring, even provided beds and bowls for our dogs, which was so appreciated. We were supplied with fire wood to have a fire in the wood stove every night. We spent two weeks at Scarpape and traveled to various places, such as Valle Verzasca, Valle Maggia, Monte Generoso, Monte Lema, and many others. It's possible to go on hikes right from the front door. It's all very accessible. We will definitely be back!
