We came with the train which was one block away, very convenient! Staff was very helpful and so friendly. Rooms were excellent and so clean! Very homey feeling! Airconditioning was a big plus! Hotel is located right in the middle of the Lavaux Vineyards and right across the street from the lake. Rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. We had connecting rooms for a family of 4 which was nice and convenient. Staff was very friendly and the rooftop terrace was very nice for an evening drink. Parking area is a bit small but there is extra parking about 200m up the road for when the lot gets full. All in all, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay in the Lake Geneva area.
This is by far one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in! Located in a medieval building right in the historic center of the village, this hotel takes you back in time with its old classical interior design! The breakfast was quiet rich, the room was spacious and well-equipped! Overall, i highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to have an unforgettable experience visiting the LAVAUX Vineyards!
The site of the hotel is very beautiful, with sweeping views of Lake Geneva and the Lavaux vineyards. We arrived in time and weather was nice enough to have dinner outside at the restaurant overlooking the lake - a real treat. We also liked the sober decoration of the room and the quiet village surrounding the hotel.
The hotel is beautiful located in the middle of the Lavaux terraced vineyards with a stunning view over the lake Geneva towards the Alps. I can only recommend to book a room with lake view. The hotel was very clean and staff was always friendly and supportive. We enjoyed every moment of our stay!
The Family room was large and comfortable. The views from the window towards Lavaux vineyards and Evian mountains were absolutely beautiful! The small village of Chexbres is quaint and the vineyards and terraces were within a short walk. Nice family run restaurants in the vacinity.
The south facing rooms offer excellent views from the hillside! Clean and comfortable, with a good breakfast. Funicular next door, and the Lavaux terrasse trail. A peaceful neighborhood.

Great Great hotel, just because of very professional reception (Both the Portuguese gentleman who receive me the arrival day and the beautiful lady who relief his shift later in the day When I arrived at the hotel, the gentleman gave me a full explanation on free tickets, free museums, the train trip up the mountain. He issued me free transport tickets in and around the city of Montreux. I am not sure if my Swiss Pass included the free city transport. He pointed out the bus stop just opposite the hotel and briefed me bus numbers, timetable, where is the supermarket, the promenade etc. What a beautiful people, hotel and the beautiful location. I wish I can give Tralala 10 stars
