It features free Wi-Fi and fine dining with renowned regional specialities.... Super helpful and kind staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported with our every request. Check-in and out was super easy (in the restaurant - there's no front desk), we actually were able to check-out and pay online with a link they'd sent once we arrived. Clean and comfortable room (ours even had a mini-fridge) in beautiful historic hotel in fantastic location in the heart of Gruyeres village. 2 min walk to castle and museums. Restaurant looked (and smelled!) wonderful though we didn't have time to dine there. Would absolutely stay again! Merci beaucoup to the whole team!

Directly linked via an underground hallway to the Gruyère Spa, Hotel Cailler offers you charming country-style rooms and fine cuisine. Spacious and very clean room, very friendly staff, the hot pools were awesome, very tasty breakfast and dinner, the kids loved the VIP cards for free chocolate . Good location, not far from Gruyere old town, the chocolate factory in Broc and some beautiful nature spots. The music playing on Sunday was very nice. We would love to stay there again!

Situated in Bulle, 30 km from Forum Fribourg, Hotel D Bulle - La Gruyère features a bar and views of the city. This 4-star hotel offers room service, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. Raul at the front desk is AMAZING… The rest of the staff at the reception are out of this world. I will be looking forward to visit Bulle and especially Hotel D because of those genuine people who made our trip worthwhile. Truly, thank you….

At the hotel, the rooms include a wardrobe.... The staff was very helpful upon check-in and even allowed me to check in a little earlier which was great because I could drop my luggage in the room and get out to experience the Gruyere Castle earlier than I thought. The view was incredible, it faced the mountains and Gruyere Castle. I was able to open the window and enjoy the air. It was a very clean and quiet room. Wish I stayed there more than a night.
