Staff were extremely friendly, room lovely - and in spite of its facing the road totally quiet, due to the glazing options fitted. Right in the heart of things, and the L’il Nel’s restaurant was brilliant!

The room was very comfortable, spacious and tastefully styled. Loved having a sofa too. Appreciated the facilities being open on NY day to have something to eat. Great location and near other restaurants and a swimming pool. There is free street parking which wasn't a problem. I would have stayed there longer. Thank you.

The location was ideal, only a drive to the all the nearest beaches. I would highly recommend. Will definitely stay again.

Karuah
We stayed for 2 nights at the Riverside while exploring the Port Stephens area. Lisa was very friendly and informative about where to go and what to see. There's a small shop opposite the hotel and the room has a fridge, microwave and kettle so we had all we needed for breakfast which we ate in the sunshine at the table and chairs on the small patio outside our room. The water pressure was great and the bed was very comfortable. I really recommend a stay here.

Port Stephens Koala Sanctuary is a unique accommodation. We stayed in a deluxe one bedroom suite and it was impeccable. It was the most relaxing stay of our two-month trip to Australia and New Zealand. Spacious, comfortable, clean, it was a good value for the money. Free breakfast was a nice touch. We also enjoyed a tour of the sanctuary.

size of the apartment was good. Pool really good for kids/family. Everything available for a family such as stuff in the kitchen. Pleasant stay, Booking.com stuffed up my booking and Tim at Oaks Port Stephens made it all possible without any fuss. Thank you Tim.
The Hotel is very central to shops, cafes, restaurants, beaches and walks. It is excellent value for money especially having it's own pool and entertaining area. The Little Nell cafe is excellent with the food and coffee being the best in Port Stephens.
The apartment is beautifully decorated, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, lovely and peaceful with a beautiful view of Port Stephens. It’s just a short walk to the bay and marina nearby.

Lovely greeting, large room with balcony and an amazing view over the bay. The room was spotless. The location is perfect, just a short stroll to everything. Highly recommended.
The location was great. Very close to a Marina with many expensive cruisers, yachts, houseboats etc. My family also enjoyed “The Deck” for a delicious meal. All within walking distance from our cabin.
The beach was so close places where you can ride your bikes the Cafe for quick snacks very clean comfy seating inside and out the great fishing great wildlife beautiful walks lovely surroundings the park was perfect
