The staff is very kind, very professional, and I would especially single out Anja, Romano and Timo from the reception, Zoran from the Spa center and the younger guy from the restaurant ( during breakfast time). We are definitely coming again in January.

Mallnitz
Florian was really a great host, he made us feeling very welcome from the very beginnig. He gave us lot of useful tips on trekking and walks to do in the surroundings and we were amazed by the beautiful landscape we discovered at Hohe Tauern national park. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. The terrace was huge and with great views over the mountains. If you are looking for a great stay in Mallnitz here you will find what you are looking for! Highly recommended!
We had a terrific stay in this brand new hotel! Would love to come again. In summary: beautiful views, great apartment with amenities, our family of four had a a lot of fun in the pool. Picture-perfect wellness area. And last but not least, the hotel is located in the beautiful surroundings of Nationalpark Hohe Tauern, with various beautiful walking and cycling trails nearby. Next to the hotel is a ski lift and the nice city of Rauris is within walking distance.

A very kind family was our host in a quiet location without neighbors, under the glacier valley. A good starting point for summer trips in the whole Hohe Tauern National Park or ski enthusiasts. The apartment was spacious with a separate bedroom, a private kitchen and bathroom, having plenty of storage space.

Great location for hiking in the surrounding, it is located in the national park Hohe Tauern. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. The appartment was beatiful, spotless, very cozy with a lot of wood, newly furnished.

Amazing location and very comfortable and relaxing
The location is perfect, ski in, ski out and very close to ski school for the kids. Plenty for the kids to do. The added touch of the trampolines and the children’s area with arcade games and pool table was a great addition this year. Food is amazing!
My experience in this amazing hotel was different. This hotel has the best location with an awesome lake view which we really enjoyed. It is very close to the shops and restaurants. The hotel has very clean and larg Spa with more than 10 tea flavors! I really recommend this hotel for all families and friends who want to have an unforgettable trip🤩❤️♥️

This was the most amazing hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff was super friendly and helpful, they accommodated all our wishes and everything was outstanding, the spa, the food, the view....
The hotel breakfast was excellent, plenty of quality food, for all taste. The staff was extremely polite, always asking if everything was ok, trying to satisfy all your needs. Dinner was also outstanding food quality and presentation, with discrete fine-dinning touches. Congrats to the chef! The reception staff was also very friendly, giving us all the necessary information we needed for ours stay and they were extremely efficient on the last morning when we did the check-out. As an improvement, maybe the receptionist should state it more clearly how to get to the hotel ski room without using the main entrance in the hotel. We had to figure this out by ourselves following other tourists in the hotel, but it was fun for us to find this trick that we will use next time :)
The location is fantastic with lots of activities to do especially when traveling with a toddler. The SPA wonderland area is great and my daughter enjoyed her first swim.

Everything about this location is exceptional! Starting with the staff who were extremely nice and helpful with a great spirit and joy, amenities and facilities, gourmet food, the Feuerbar which organized on the Easter week-end an amazing BBQ. Spa facilities were great and with high services and treatments. You could feel that this business is run with the love for the team, property and customers!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that left a lasting impression on me. The staff were incredibly friendly, yet not pushy, which created a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's design was perfect, creating an immersive and luxurious experience. The brunches were irresistible and the dinners were fabulous. The artistic level of the cocktails was impressive. Finally, the cherry on top was the rooftop pool and saunas, which provided a perfect way to unwind after a long day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking an exceptional stay.
