The room was big and like a little apartment, comfortable for long stays. It was clean and maid service was good. The staff is super friendly and helpful, though receptionist couldn’t help us with recommendations for family dinner/evening activity in the area. They even took care of a packed breakfast before an early leave for a flight. Breakfast was great! Lots of options for everyone! The only thing missing was non dairy milk/yogurt.

The team was super friendly and the rooms are nice with direct ocean view.

The staff are extremely helpful, professional, patient and friendly, especially the gentleman at the desk when I arrived in evening and lady driving the hotel shuttle. I was coming from a long international flight and forgot to ask for their names.

Also the facilities, especially the pool and sunbeds - we made use of the cabana. The rooms were very well-equipped and very stylish. The design of the whole property was thoughtfully done. I was especially impressed by the flow of the design from entering the lobby which flowed into the lounge/bar area and then on into the restaurant. even the elevators looked stylish! The bed we slept in was very comfortable and the bathroom was very well laid out. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar which again was designed with a fantastic view of the city, river and bridge. The sunset from the rooftop bar was amazing!
