Real, not fake hospitality, enthusiastic, well trained staff, very professional and fast service, professional advice, very good contact with waiters, villa host and reception, stunning mountains and canyon views, fabulous heated swimming pool in villa, no single incident during stay. Total privacy respected by all staff is the hotel highest priority. Very interesting architecture designed to make guests happy. Very good signage of all places, easy to find any. Electric carts for those, who do not want to walk. Hotel is very expensive, but not overpriced, Perfect meals both served to room and in well designed restaurants, very tasty with unique combination of local flavors and ingredients, superb sweets and ice cream, fantastic fruit plates and generous information from staff about each meal. Location in the city is very convenient for those, who want to make small shopping, or use ATM, access within few minutes walk. All in all fantastic, relaxing, comfortable stay. Even unusual guest wishes fulfilled as far as possible. My rating is higher than 5 stars and I can recommend this hotel to everybody, who wants highest quality service and stay. I believe, that this Anantara hotel can be compared with level of Six Senses hotels.

Tetamu mendapat manfaat daripada balkoni dan teres. the chalet was exceptionally beautiful including the mountain view . well equipped and clean. perfect to fit in 3 small families. the indoor swimming pool was temperature controlled. small and cosy for kids to play. the fireplace in the guest room and barbeque / bonfire spot outside in open, was well thought. we had a lovely stay!! Host was nice and easy. Was in constant touch for any help required!!
