It is a old property, chairs in the swimming pool were old and dusty. mosquitoes in the room but hotel doesn’t has mosquitoes repellent. they gave us mosquitoes spray which is not useful for holiday , also very few veg items in the breakfast

We appreciated warm swimming pool, location in quiet area. Rooms are big and there is very big garden. House is clean.

Everything was great. The host is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, wifi great, breakfasts are big and tasty. The common area in front of the rooms is extraordinary! Perfect for kids and adults as well. There is even a little swimming pool (protected by the fence). You can see the surrounding mountains from the yard. There are some goats, sheeps, rabbits and even a camel in the backyard garden (ask the host to take you there). The guesthouse is in the quiet area at the end of the town BUT still VERY close to the main street.
The hotel was very nice, very well located just outside Nizwa. The swimming pool is fabulous and welcome after a day in the heat. The room was clean, spacious and well appointed. We had dinner there, it was bbq night and it was one of the best meal we've had in Oman. The concierge was very helpful and managed to organised a guide for us to take us around at the last minute.
Location is good but that’s all from the positives side. Place is very difficult to find. Also rooms are super tiny. There is shared bathrooms, what is not in the place description. There is also no parking, you have to park far away in public areas (no private as booking.com says). Place is super dirty, swimming pool is not clean at all and we didn’t swim in there. At 3am there was a rooster who starts his show. Not recommended at all
A distinctive and elegant place characterized by calm, cleanliness, and the kindness of the staff who respond quickly when needed. It is close to the market, about 20 minutes on foot. It is equipped with a high-end kitchen and has all the necessary tools for cooking. It has a nice and clean garden and an outdoor swimming pool. I highly recommend it.
