Bustan Inn was outstanding. The house has been restored at an incredible level, the grounds are beautiful with a swing that hangs off the palm trees and the communal areas are social. The staff are great; very friendly and fluent in English. Breakfast was a buffet with a nice selection of food. In short, we would strongly recommend Bustan Inn. It was one of the highlights of our entire trip.

Perfect hotel in the center of Nizwa. It is a few mintues walk from both the souq and the Fort. We really loved the breakfast at the terrace and also we had dinner which was excellent. The swimming pool is a nice bonus after a day in the sun. Parking is also available for free..
