All the facilities were good. Breakfast was great. Wifi worked well. There is about 10-11m long swimming pool with warm (around +31c) water. Kitchen was good. Shuttle bus goes once per hour but for us it was a bit unclear how long it takes and if it combined with other hotels so we took taxi instead.

The hotel is very well maintained, comfortable, clean, and well equipped with all the services and facilities one needs. The location is also very good and parking available on site for a good price. Rooms are well sized and service is excellent. There are also good exercise facilities and while the pastry basket of the continental breakfast included was not great, the rest of the food at the restaurant was very good, and the service was top. Bravo to the restaurant team.

The location is the best (it's literally next to the Miyana mall, and you actually have a door that take you there from the building, so just get to the lobby and walk to the plaza, where you can find every thing you need). The place was clean and comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, there is a fridge a stove, a microwave, purified water, washing and drying machines, a hair dryer, an iron, a flat screen with Netflix, free WiFi, free dedicated parking inside the building, wonderful view, access to the pool and it was a very quiet place. We will definitely use it again. Tip: ask for Pedro Salazar, he was super kind and very effective in our requests and answering our questions, he will definitely help you get the most out of your stay. Oh, ps: the building is 10 minutes walking from the Soumaya Museum, the Inbursa Aquarium and more.
