It was our first time in Marrakech and he helped us with everything. Showed us places to visit, even looked for a tour guide for us that spoke Spanish which was amazing. He was very kind and helpful. Hamza also recommended places to eat which by the way were amazing. We didn’t have dirhams and he helped us change as well as we arrived very late at night. The riad is definitely a hidden gem. It is pretty, comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable, there is air conditioning and hot water. We didn’t hear any noise from the room except for the call for prayer but that you will hear everywhere. The personnel was also very kind and the breakfast was great. The location of the riad is perfect as it is really close to the Jewish neighborhood and the palace badi. Everything is really close, you can walk everywhere from the riad. Perfect getaway!!

They organised an absolutely amazing walking tour for us with a man named Yousef and on our day of checkout when we were leaving at 7:30am for a tour into the Sahara, they arranged for us little takeaway bags of breakfast.

There is a private bathroom with shower in every unit, along with free toiletries, slippers and bathrobes. Very secluded - no noise from other camps. The tents were spacious and clean. Beds comfortable. We were especially surprised to have excellent water pressure and faster hot water compared to Marrakech city center. The pool water was also surprisingly warm for February. Breakfast was excellent and the staff took amazing care of the guests. This stay was definitely the highlight of our trip!

Kids pool is also available for guests at the riad. Staff ‘Jamal’ was very nice and friendly. We need to buy some souvenir, but couldn’t find it. He went to many shops with us to ask and help us find it. Massage was also very good. We could easily set the time and it was immediately organised by Jamal. Riad was super clean and nicely decorated. Room was very spacious. Air conditioner is working well.
