The property was built in 1973 and has air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony. No breakfast at the property, however very well equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare great breakfasts from very fresh and tasty Italian products and make good coffee with the keurig style coffee maker. We could have had our meals on the table in the living room or on the balcony with the lake view. We liked very much the garden, small but very clean swimming pool, secure parkin place for our car. Everything there allowed us to enjoy our stay in Baveno so much!
