Super clean, modern, is in a good location and the staff is really kind. I was initially assigned a place on top of a bunk bed, but as i injured my arm in a badminton workout, was super hard to go down the stairs. I explained to the staff in the hostel and they changed my place to a lower bunk bed. I might stay in the same hostel if i return to Chania.

Staff was fantastic. Family owned and exceptionally well maintained, spotless. We also lucked out with the best room imho. Pool and beach right in front. Excellent restaurant around the corner.

Elektra Beach Hotel is located on the beachfront of Kalamaki, 4 km from Chania. Overlooking Chania Gulf, it features a swimming pool and a shallow pool for children. Free WiFi is available in the public areas. Are very quite. Nice beach in walking distance. Breakfast was e excellent. Staff very nice & helpful especially The girls at the bar. I thing the names are Sofia vvand Maria and all the others.

Located in the heart of Chania, within 450 metres from the Venetian harbour, the modern Samaria Hotel is ideally situated just above the main square, next to the central bus station. An outdoor swimming pool and a sun terrace are featured on site. The staff and service provided at the samaria hotel were exceptional. The room was very clean and breakfast was delicious. Loved how close this hotel was to the old harbour we walked down every night.

While the central beach is just 50 metres from Corinna Mare, a small private beach is right at the edge of the pool. Three local villages (Galatas, Daratsos, and Stalos) spread out within a 2 kilometre radius, giving the guest a taste of the island. I did not use the pool. However the restaurant food for lunch/dinner I really enjoyed
