The staff made our visit just that little bit more special. Don't get me wrong the location was perfect, the facilities excellent and the food -especially the breakfast - was really nice but the staff excelled against any previous experience.

The hotel has some of the best on-site facilities in the area, half of the rooms with hot tubs on private balconies, an on-site spa with poolside seating and a bar, stylish restaurant and cocktail bar, bike hire, wakesurfing and paddleboading. Excellent property with fantastic amenities and great location. The staff were phenomenal.

The leisure spa at The Quaysiders Club has a small heated pool, a sauna and showers. There is also a barbecue area and laundry facilities available.

The 5-star Beaumont House is a Victorian property featuring many original features with a tranquil location, just metres from the heart of Windermere. It offers delicious cooked breakfasts, free Wi-Fi and free private parking, less than 10 minutes' walk away from Windermere Railway Station. The room was lovely. Really clean and well equipped. It had a lovely view as well. The sheets were made of soft cotton, there was tea, biscuits and bottled water. The shower was strong. The hosts thought of every detail. Breakfast was also wonderful- there is fresh fruits and all kinds of cereals, and then you order a hot breakfast which is made on the spot. The hosts are smiling and helpful, and give great recommendations.

The swimming pool was great, bigger than we expected. Also, the water was warmer than in other indoor swimming pools we have been, which was a very pleasant surprise. The location is perfect as it is less than 30 min by walk from the Beatrix Potter museum and the lake (if you want to have a bit of exercise and enjoy some fresh air). 😊

Nice and clean hotel, very friendly staff and good delicious full English breakfast. Spacious bahrooms abut a bit outdated rooms. Check in was late but they allow us to leave our car at the car park. Lovely outdoors sitting area to enjoy coffee and pastry in the morning. Okay swimming pool.
We enjoyed our stay from start to finish. We loved our room especially the powerful shower. Upon arrival we had dinner in the restaurant and headed straight to the spa. The spa has amazing facilities, we especially enjoyed the outdoor heated swimming pool. The breakfast was delicious and had on offer a wide variety of different foods. The location of the hotel was superb, it was in the town center but we felt like we really were away from everything. Overall, it was a very relaxing break-away in the Lakes.

The leisure facilities were good you can use the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi during your stay. We booked an evening meal at the brassiere the food was very good.

Lovely spacious apartment within the hotel. Light, clean. Very comfy bed Enjoyed the fact it had an indoor swimming pool, steam room and hot tub. Access to the spa was nice, however you have to pre-book slots and you pay £20 per person per stay to be able to access the spa. in the spa there is a sauna, steam room, swimming pool and two hot tubs outdoors. The sauna and steam room are very overlooked so not very private or relaxing but they do the job. The outdoor hot tubs provided a nice view of the lake and did feel relaxing- when not too crowded.
