The accommodation was generally clean. As for the standards one sees in the UK it was even very clean. The big plus is that the owners don’t accept pets. So if you’re allergic to dogs like me this is a huge advantage. At this time of year (last weekend in October) it was a bit chilly inside. We woke up to 16 degrees inside. I’m not entirely sure if that’s how it is or it’s our fault. The heating was on but it was still not enough. However, there’s a little gas fire place so it was good and made the place cosy. It was ok for a night. It’s nicely decorated and I think the owners seem to care. We could choose where we slept as there were only three of us but some mattresses seemed a bit too soft for us.
At the entrance let them know you check in. They will give you a map and tell you how to get to the caravan especially if it’s dark - it’s very helpful.

Pool was quite and clean, jaccuzi was a bit small but still perfect.

It was really good, however when we first’s driver no one mentioned anything about having to pay for parking on the property so when we checked out, we were told there would be £12 deducted off the deposit given at check in for only a one night stay. In addition to this, we reserved a table at the restaurant at the hotel which was mostly amazing however our main meal took over an hour to come after we had been served our starters.However despite this everything else was brilliant.

Lovely hotel in a good location. Excellent value for money. Great leisure facilities with a warm swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Nice food at breakfast. Receptionist was friendly and helpful.
