The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. The building was beautifully maintained but still retained its historical feel. An interesting visit the monastery (though tour was in Spanish ) but well worth a detour from the main road.

The seasonal pool offers view of the Cathedral and the San Esteban Monastery. Guest can visit the city’s 2 cathedrals and the famous Casa de la Concha in a short walk. As well as the numerous charming sights of this ancient Castilian city, you will also find plenty of entertainment in the surrounding streets. The restaurant is Amazing. The food and wine are not to be missed. The location of the hotel is perfect for a visit to Salamanca. The staff were great. An excellent hotel experience.

This converted convent is in the beautiful Duero Valley and has its own vineyard and a spa. Boasting spectacular gardens leading down to the Tormes River, it offers a gourmet restaurant and free WiFi throughout. Wonderful historic property, well kept and modernized but authentic. Every meal was spectacular, and really enjoyed the wine tasting. Everyone we encountered was incredibly warm and hospitable.

The rooms were large and lovely. The staff was great.
