The gardens intrigue one to explore and relax. Above all the warm hospitality of the owners, Pilar and Hector, invite guests to stay and enjoy. Pilar also called around to find us a fabulous dinner. We stayed in two rooms, all of us wish we could have stayed longer.

We were a group of friends and we had the loveliest time staying at Refugio del cares. We hiked around and then enjoyed such delicious food. Probably the best accomodation I encountered in Spain! Looking forward to come back in summer during warmer days.

The views are amazing, the rooms are modern and have many facilities. The jacuzzi and the sun terras are a great plus! Great place to be in contact with nature and find peace.

We stayed here for 3 nights as a break from a month long camino, and so glad we did! We were there before the summer season was really underway, so it was very quiet. There's a great cafe down the road, and an amazing restaurant up the road. The apartments are perfect, with everything you could need. Plus, super comfortable beds, living room, etc. Could have enjoyed a week!
