A cable TV is included in each guest room. Everything was set up for a wonderful rest after a very long flight. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The shower was very relaxing.

Sarah, the caretaker is a lovely person. She is very knowledgeable about the area, a really great cook and so sweet with all of her guests, including kids.

Everything was great! The hotel is a historic landmark and they renovated it so that it has the best quality both in rooms and in the common areas. The restaurant has good food and service and the pool is amazing. Location is amazing.

The size of the room exceeded my expectations, providing ample space and comfort during my stay. Additionally, the presence of a swimming pool and hot tub added to the overall enjoyment of the facilities.
The room was very spacious with an entire wall of glass windows that provided an amazing view. Train stations and shopping within 5 minutes of walking. The gym and indoor swimming pool was a very high standard, and there was a small yoga and stretching room, which I utilised. A really clean hotel from the foyer to the room I stayed in.
We were so impressed by Cecilia and the property. Very tidy, clean and spacious property. Some impressively large communal spaces and not to mention the perfect indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Cecilia is a delightful host. Extremely kind, friendly and generous. We will definitely be back!
Good location for airport and sky train access. Hot tub was too hot but better than no tub. The little swimming pool is a good fun for family.
- very close to the center and the harbour, ideal for walks and sightseeing - extremely comfortable beds and a great room (also quiet which we appreciated) - small, but nice swimming pool and hot tub area - reception members very kind and helpful - when we return, we will try to book here again
Very good location, staffs are friendly! The room has small kitchen and well equipped with everything I need. To our surprise is the swimming pool and hot tub. It's small but very convenient and the hot tub is pretty cool! It's value for money and exceed my expectation! The next night I stayed in the next resort but comparatively I like this one more !!!
The location was very convenient, we got 18th floor so the view was great as well. Most of the rooms are corner suites with a small balcony which is very nice. We didn’t use gym, swimming pool or hot tube but it was available.
I always enjoy the waffles for breakfast and the hot tub and swimming pool. Very clean ND the beds are always very comfortable
