The floor to ceiling windows across the entire room framed perfectly the beautiful view of the snow capped mountains. We arrived very early on a Sunday morning and they had our room ready by 10am which we greatly appreciated. We are back in Vancouver in a few weeks and will definitely stay again.

They went out of their way to accommodate us at all interactions - from arrival to check in and in the dining areas. The light meals in the downstairs were excellent and the staff there were some of the best we have encountered.
